Fun and Activities

We want you to enjoy your time at Kripa Blossom—and that means feeling happy, supported, and excited about the things you do each day. Life here isn’t just about routines and rules; it’s about discovering what you enjoy, trying new things, and having fun along the way.

Your Key Adult will spend time getting to know you and what matters to you. Together, you’ll explore activities you enjoy or might like to try—whether that’s joining a football team, swimming, going to the gym, doing art or music, learning a new skill, or simply relaxing with friends at the cinema. If you’ve got an idea of something you’d love to do, we’re always happy to hear it.

Every week, we’ll sit down with you to create a weekly activity planner. This helps make sure your activities, hobbies, and commitments are planned properly—so nothing gets missed and you always have something to look forward to.

We also love getting out and about and making memories together. That could be a walk or picnic at Stratton Park, a movie or bowling night, shopping trips, or special days out to places like Windsor Castle or LEGOLAND, if that’s something you’d enjoy. You’ll always have a say in what we plan, because this is your time and your experience.

We believe fun, choice, and positive experiences help build confidence, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging. There’s always something ahead to look forward to—and we can’t wait to share those moments with you.

We love to celebrate! Whether it’s your birthday, a special day that matters to you, or a religious or cultural festival, we’re here to make it fun and meaningful.

From cake and balloons on your birthday (yes—the Birthday Fairy keeps a close eye on our calendar!) to celebrating Christmas, Eid, Diwali, Hanukkah, Easter, Holi, Vaisakhi, and other amazing events—you’ll see decorations, enjoy delicious food, listen to music, and share lots of smiles.

We’ll ask what you like to celebrate and how you’d like to do it. Want a special dinner? A party? A relaxed movie night with snacks? Let us know—and we’ll make it one to remember!

Everyone is welcome here, and every celebration is a chance to share joy, learn about each other, and have fun together.

Do you love animals? We do too!

Sometimes the adults bring in their friendly dogs for cuddles, walks, or just to hang out in the garden—and you can join in if you like! There’s lots of space to throw a ball, chill in the sunshine, or just spend time with a furry friend.

If you’re a bit scared of dogs or have allergies, that’s totally okay—we’ll make sure they don’t visit when you’re around. Everyone should feel safe, happy, and comfortable here—including you!

Animals are here to bring smiles, fun, and cuddles, and we’ll make sure your time with them is always safe and happy.
